  After we give you your VPS server login details, it is your responsibility to manage your VPS. You get remote access to shut down, install, configure and update applications on the server. The role of JodoHost's support is only to completely restore your VPS to its original configuration or if you are not able to access your VPS, to restart firewall or network settings. Once we hand over a VPS to you, we do not login to your server and investigate issues unless you have purchased a support plan.
