Which SSL Certificate I buy?
Customer can buy PositiveSSL for sites which small number of visitors, for moderate to heavy sites customers can buy EssentialSSL and PremimumSSL Certificates respectively. Single domain SSL will work for only one domain. Wildcard SSL will secure main domain and all sub-domains.

How much time it take to get SSL Certificate?
SSL Certificate issued within 5-10 minutes after order approval and customer completing SSL configuration. During order process, Customer is required to provide domain name which needs securing. Once order is approved, Customer login to their Client Area, in client area, under services, they will see SSL certificate manage options. Customer will select the Web Server Type and then enter CSR in area provided. Once submitted, customer is required to select one of the various emails related to domain to be secured, choose postmaster and submit. An email will apprive at this mail ID, approve the email and certificate will be issues almost instantly.

Can I get money back?
All SSL certificates will now be eligible for refund within 60 days from purchase with the following restrictions:
1. Non-activated certs have a 60-day refund period from the date of purchase.
2. Once a cert has been issued/activated, however, you will have only 10 days to request a refund.
3. Certs can only be refunded within 60 days of purchase, regardless of activation date. -
Is there any warranty for SSL?
Comodo SSL certificate carry warranty from $ 10,000 to $ 250,000 depending on type of certificate customer choose.
