Unless cancelled, service is renewed automatically. Invoice is generated 7-days in advance must be paid before due date to prevent service from being terminated.

• What is Ticket Time?

  One Ticket is of 10 minutes technical team time from login to server or control panel. It does not include advice or discussion, rather time spent on doing actual work.

• Do I get root access to my Managed server?

  Yes, get full root access, which means you have full administrative control of your server. This means you have complete control of your server, and can choose to install any software you wish to.

• When will my dedicated server be ready once I’ve placed the order?

  All servers are setup within 24 hours of order approval.

• What kind of hardware do you use for each Managed server?

  Our Managed servers use the SuperMicro blade chassis, which has a small footprint with reduced power consumption and cooling requirements. These efficiencies allow us to pass cost savings down to you so your costs are kept to a minimum. Our servers are powered Intel Xeon HyperThreaded processors, DDR3 RAM and 7200RPM SATA drives.

  We allow speeds of up to 1Gbps on each server’s network port.

• Do you provide RAID 1 hard drives?

  Yes. Server Supporting Windows AND Linux comes with Software RAID and Hardware RAID, both optional.

• How do I expand the storage capacity on my server?

  Additional drive can be added on server optionally. This will involve bringing down the server to install the drive.

• Do you offer any billing panels?

  Yes, we offer WHMCS as a billing panel for your Managed server. You can purchase the license from us for a significantly lower cost, and then install it on your Managed server.
