553 sorry, that domain isn’t allowed to be relayed thru this MTA (#5.7.1)

We’ve seen that many users get this relaying error when they access their email via Outlook. This is a common issue and below are the things that you should check for this.

Step 1: Make sure you’re using proper authentication details in Outlook for the email id.

Step 2: Sometimes port 25 is blocked by ISPs to stop spam issues. So, if you’re using port 25 then try to use port 587.

Step 3: Many times, rebooting the router, modem or system solves this issue too. So you must try that.

Step 4: However, if you are still facing issues, then it may be possible that the SMTP service has been blocked from the server side due to spamming issues. In that case, check the registered email ID of your account to see if you got email from our abuse department and then reply back to us.

Step 5: If what’s in step 4 is the case, then to make your SMTP service resume you have to first change the password of your email account(s) and then scan your network/system with a good antivirus and provide us that scan report for reviewing.
