Please follow the steps below to open a support ticket :-
- Log into the H-Sphere control panel.
- Scroll over to the Support Center and click Make a New Ticket option.
- Describe the problem by giving a title, email address, priority, text and attachments. Click on the Submit button.
The ticket will be successfully submitted to our tech support department and you will get a ticket confirmation number. If later you contact us by Live Chat or by phone, please keep this number handy.

You can also write an email directly to us at [email protected] with all the details from your registered email id to open a ticket.
You will probably receive a response shortly. Our support staff continuously looks for new tickets and answers them on a 24x7x365 basis.
