1) Delete all Server Aliases.
2) Delete the DNS and custom DNS records.
3) Setup the new DNS zone and server aliases.
To delete the server aliases, please follow these steps:
1) Login into your reseller control panel.
2) Go to the admin control panel.
3) Select Emanager > Server aliases.
4) On the page that appears next, you can see the server aliases. Next to them, you can see the “Delete” icon. Click on it.
To delete the DNS and custom DNS records, please follow these steps:
1) Login your reseller control panel.
2) Go to the Admin control panel.
3) Select Emanager > DNS manager.
4) On the next page that appears, you can see the DNS zone. Next to it, you can see the “Delete” icon. Click on it.
Now you can setup your new DNS zone and server aliases.
Now change the reseller CP URL.
Note:- This will cause downtime for all your end user accounts.
